Create Reports

To create a report
  1. On the Data source editor page, click Reports. The Reports page opens and the list of all reports that you created is displayed.
  2. Click Add report to launch the Create new report page.

  1. Select an existing data source, a cube that you previously created. Alternatively, click Import data icon to import data from a CSV file, as described in Import CSV data.
  2. Type the name of the report, in the Report name field.
  3. Click Create to open the page for editing the report that you have just created.

Edit Reports

To edit an existing report
  1. On the Reports page, select an existing report from the list. The page for editing the report opens.
  2. You can perform the following actions:
    1. Actions that apply to the report: Select an action from the toolbar:
      • Add attribute: you can add a new attribute of type (see fig. 33):
        • Measure
        • Bucket
        • Transform
      • Rename report
      • Delete report
    2. Actions that apply to individual attributes: Pause you mouse over the attribute row and click . The following actions are available, depending on the attribute type:
      • Change operator: Change the aggregation operator for numeric attributes.
      • Rename
      • Hide: The attribute is hidden and you cannot select it as data source for your representations.
      • Remove: The attribute is removed from the report.
      • Edit TypedDouble Attribute: The TypedDouble attributes are used to store currency data. With this action you define the details of their conversion to a base currency. You can select from (see fig. 34)
        • Never convert
        • Convert When Needed
        • Alway Convert.
